About Pappardelle's

We are a small family owned company that started in Denver, Colorado in 1984, custom creating fresh flavored pasta for white tablecloth executive chefs. At that time virtually no one was doing flavor infused pasta. From our humble six flavor start, we now have a portfolio that includes over 120 different varieties of fresh, frozen and dried pasta, ravioli, gnocchi, sauces and pesto.

We stringently adhere to “old-world” Italian pasta making techniques (like the use of bronze dies and durum semolina wheat) and have combined those with ‘newer world’ international flavor infusion. We use only all natural high-quality, nutritious herbs & spices, vegetables and cheeses. Our artisan dough makers handcraft in small batches and meticulously slow dry our pasta over two to four days. Our mission simply put is “the relentless pursuit of perfect pasta” for the ultimate customer experience. Our goal is for every one of our creations to optimize the culinary sensory experience: vibrant colors on the plate, as intense flavor as pasta can convey, aromatic smells punctuating that flavor and, of course, true al dente texture guaranteed to please the palate.

We think this is a key reason we are a preferred pasta purveyor to some of the finest hotels, restaurants and resorts around the country. For example, we are served at places like Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, The Lodge at Rancho Mirage, California, and well known dining Colorado stalwarts like The Broadmoor, The Brown Palace and Hotel Jerome in Aspen. We are extraordinarily proud to have been served at the White House, the annual national Governors’ Association dinner, and in 1993 even to Pope John Paul II.

We have limited the consumer distribution of our products to Farmers’ Markets/Street Fairs, certain independent niche specialty shops & a small selection of natural grocers that share similar values to ours. We hope you enjoy our products!
