Dried Pasta & Oils/Vinegars: Orders ship within 1-2 business days via Ground (unless we're out of a product) and can take up to a 5 days to deliver if you are far from Denver.Â
Fresh-Frozen Pasta: Fresh-frozen orders can only ship Monday–Tuesday (and within the Contiguous US) because they must reach you within 3 days to remain frozen. Orders placed after 10am on Tuesdays will ship the following week. A 4-unit minimum per order applies because shipping costs are very high.
General Information: Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping options are available. Please contact us for details.
Mixed orders with both dry and fresh-frozen products ship separately, as described above, and may arrive at separate times.
Once your order has been processed by Pappardelle's, you will receive a separate email with tracking information.
Please be careful when entering your shipping address. Pappardelle’s is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrectly submitted address.
Adverse weather, natural disasters or other events outside of Pappardelle's control can affect/delay the delivery of your shipment. As a result, we are unable to guarantee express or ground delivery times.
Be aware that we cannot ship to PO boxes.

The above dry product shipping tiers do not apply to states outside of the Contiguous US, Canada or Mexico. Actual rates apply.
Fresh Frozen Products: (a minimum of 4 fresh-frozen items must be ordered to be eligible for shipping)
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above, and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes, and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You can call UPS ahead of time at 1-800-742-5877 to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
