Beef & Broccoli with Spicy Garlic Tagliatelle

Serving Size:  2-3

½ lb. Pappardelle's Spicy Garlic Tagliatelle
4 tbsp. oyster sauce (or fish sauce)
3 tbsp. butter, divided
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
¾ lb. flank steak, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ lb. broccoli florets
4 green onion stalks, sliced
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste

  1. Melt 2 tbsp. of butter and add to a bowl along with oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil. Stir to combine & set aside.
  2. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, add the remaining tbsp. of butter to a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced flank steak and cook until brown, about 2 minutes per side. Add garlic and continue to cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and sauté until the broccoli is heated thoroughly, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add pasta and prepared sauce to the skillet. Continue to cook and stir until everything is combined.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer to serving bowls. Garnish with green onions and pinch of crushed red pepper, to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
