Cheeseburger Skillet Bake with Spicy Dill Pickle Ziti

Ingredients:

1 lb. Pappardelle’s Spicy Dill Pickle Ziti
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp. each: garlic powder, salt, black pepper
Cayenne pepper, to taste
1-3/4 cup beef broth
1-1/2 cup milk
1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tomato, diced
1/4 cup pickles, diced

Instructions: 

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  2. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in broth, milk, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, ketchup, mustard, and dry pasta. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente, about 15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until well combined, then fold in tomatoes and pickles. Serve & enjoy!
