Chocolate Hazelnut Dessert Ravioli Tiramisu

12 oz. Pappardelle’s Chocolate Hazelnut Ravioli
2 egg yolks
¼ cup sugar
1 cup Mascarpone cheese
2.5 oz. Richardo’s Decaf Coffee Liqueur + 1.5 oz. for reduction*
Dark chocolate shavings (for garnish)
A pinch of salt

*If using a different coffee liqueur than Richardo’s, add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the coffee liqueur in Step 1. In Step 2, add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the saucepan with the coffee liqueur.


  1. To make the mascarpone cream mix, whip yolks and sugar together until thick and light-colored. Add mascarpone and stir until combined and smooth. Add 2.5 oz. of Richardo’s coffee liqueur and salt and combine. Refrigerate while assembling other ingredients.
  2. Place 1.5 oz. of Richardo’s coffee liqueur in a saucepan over medium heat and let reduce until thick, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, but keep warm.
  3. Cook ravioli in a large pot of gently boiling water, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes. Gently remove from pot and pat dry.
  4. Repeatedly layer tiramisu dish with mascarpone cream mix, followed by ravioli, followed by Richardo’s reduction, with the top layer consisting of ravioli topped with the reduction. Garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
