Extreme Habanero Pasta Salad

Serving Size: 4-6


1 lb. Pappardelle’s Extreme Habanero Radiatore
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/3 cup bread & butter pickles, diced finely
2 tablespoons pickle juice
3 hardboiled eggs, chopped
¼ cup red onion, diced finely
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons dried dill
Salt & pepper, to taste


  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 10-12 minutes. Drain and let cool. 
  2. Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, and dill in a small bowl. 
  3. Mix pasta, mayonnaise mixture, pickles, eggs, onion, and parsley in a large bowl. Toss to combine. Season with salt & pepper.
  4. Serve pasta salad immediately or let sit 1-2 hours to let flavors develop. Enjoy!
