Simple Spicy Thai Noodle Bowl

1 lb. Pappardelle’s Spicy Thai Linguine
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup cilantro, chopped
1 cup green onions, chopped
2/3 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped
1 lb. shrimp, peeled & deveined
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup honey
¼ cup sesame oil
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside in a large bowl. 
  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour sauce over pasta. 
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook shrimp until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. 
  4. Add shredded cabbage, carrots, and shrimp to pasta bowl. Add half of the green onions, peanuts, and cilantro. Mix well. 
  5. Divide the pasta into bowls. Garnish with remaining green onions, peanuts, and cilantro. Serve hot or chilled and enjoy!
