Skillet Baked Heirloom Tomato Ravioli Lasagna


1 package of Pappardelle's Heirloom Tomato & Fresh Mozzarella Ravioli
1 package of Pappardelle's Roasted Tomato Marinara Sauce (or 24 oz. jar of your favorite marinara sauce)
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup water (unless using alternative sauce)
Fresh basil, for garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In a 10" cast-iron skillet, heat sauce and water until they begin to simmer.
  3. Add ravioli and cook on medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until ravioli is tender, stirring intermittently.
  4. Spoon half of the ravioli and sauce into a bowl and set aside.
  5. Arrange remaining ravioli and sauce in an even layer on the bottom of the skillet and cover with half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add second half of ravioli and sauce in an even layer and sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake until sauce is bubbling and cheese is lightly browned, about 10-12 minutes. Garnish with basil and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
