Slow-Roasted Garlic Infused Olive Oil Herb Vinaigrette

Serving Size:  1-2/3 cups


1 cup Bella Sol Slow-Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
2/3 cup champagne vinegar
1 teaspoon shallots, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
Sea salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste


  1. Combine ingredients in a mason jar and shake until well blended.
  2. Serve with mixed green salad of choice.
