Deconstructed Stuffed Peppers over Bell Pepper Trio Linguine

1/2 lb. Pappardelle's Bell Pepper Trio Linguine
1 lb. ground beef
4 Tbsp. red onion, chopped
3 tsp. salt
4 large bell peppers, cored & de-seeded, sliced
1 tsp. garlic, minced
11 oz. Pappardelle’s Roasted Tomato Marinara Sauce
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella


  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside. 
  2. In a large skillet, cook beef, onion and salt over medium heat until meat is browned, about 8-10 minutes. Strain fat. 
  3. Add bell peppers, garlic and sauté until softened, about 3-5 minutes
  4. Add marinara sauce and cook until hot, about 8-10 minutes. 
  5. Divide pasta among dishes. Top with marinara-pepper sauce. Garnish with mozzarella. Serve and enjoy!
