Instructions:
Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook ravioli 6-8 min.
Heat a sauté pan over medium and add speck, cooking about 5 minutes until crispy.
Top cooked ravioli with burrata pieces, crispy speck, and drizzle of olive oil.
