Garden Mint Pea Ravioli with Burrata & Speck

5-6 pc Pappardelle's Garden Mint Pea Ravioli
4 slices speck, thinly sliced
4 oz. burrata, torn in big pieces
Salt & pepper, to taste
Olive oil, garnish


  1. Bring a pot of salted water to boil and cook ravioli 6-8 min.
  2. Heat a sauté pan over medium and add speck, cooking about 5 minutes until crispy.
  3. Top cooked ravioli with burrata pieces, crispy speck, and drizzle of olive oil.
