Spicy Thai Sesame Salad

1 lb. Pappardelle’s Spicy Thai Linguine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped



    1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain pasta.
    2. While pasta is boiling, mix soy sauce, sugar, olive oil, sesame oil and red pepper flakes in mason jar (or other small container) and shake until thoroughly mixed.
    3. Toss pasta in sauce and refrigerate 2 hours or until completely chilled. Enjoy!
