Spicy Thai Sesame Salad
1 lb. Pappardelle’s Spicy Thai Linguine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
- Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain pasta.
- While pasta is boiling, mix soy sauce, sugar, olive oil, sesame oil and red pepper flakes in mason jar (or other small container) and shake until thoroughly mixed.
- Toss pasta in sauce and refrigerate 2 hours or until completely chilled. Enjoy!
