This orzo has bright full flavors that marry perfectly with a nice piece of fresh fish or grilled meat. Our founding creator, Executive Chef David Bowen, was inspired to create this orzo after tasting a certain Rice-a-Roni dish in the 90’s.

• To prepare, bring 4 quarts (3.8 liters) of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta to water, return water to a gentle boil and cook for 10-12 minutes or until al dente, stirring intermittently. Drain and serve immediately.
