A creamy, flavorful seafood-infused sauce that can transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. This was one of Executive Chef (& Pappardelle's co-founder) David Bowen’s earliest sauces and inspired current owner, Jim, to add sauces to Pappardelle’s line-up.
  • - Chipotle Pepper Fettuccine with Scallops in Tomato Sauce

    - Lobster, Wild Mushrooms and Cream with Plain Pappardelle

  • To prepare, heat on a stovetop for 4-6 minutes (stirring occasionally) on low/medium heat or in a microwave (in a microwave safe container) on medium for 1-2 minutes. The sauce should be heated to 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
