Inspired by the Provence region of southeastern France, this floral, savory herb blend brings a rustic elegance to the plate. Hand-blended by our local, small-batch spice partner, it combines traditional flavors of thyme, savory, fennel, rosemary, marjoram, basil, lavender, and tarragon into a balanced herb flavor.  

  • - Dijon & Garlic Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb with French Herbes de Provence Fettuccine

  • To prepare, bring 4 quarts (3.8 liters) of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta to water, return water to a gentle boil and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente, stirring intermittently. Drain and serve immediately.
